What are we looking for in this position?

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for despatch, collection and delivery.
• Receive, check, unload and stock safely, ensuring all items are correctly located and recorded within the system.
• Maintain accurate stock records through stock counts, stock checks and the timely reporting of any discrepancies or damages.
• Support the loading and unloading of stock using appropriate equipment, including pump trucks and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency

What will we need you to have?

• A valid Forklift Truck Licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or stock control environment with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong IT skills, including experience using stock management or ERP systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, hands-on approach and a commitment to high standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment.
• Able to reliably commute to the Warehouse in Terrington St Clement, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

What will you get?

• Annual salary of £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
