Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and organisation within the warehouse.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare goods for dispatch and shipment
• Load and unload deliveries when required
• Check products for damages or discrepancies
• Label and organise stock correctly
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Follow health & safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred (not essential)
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets
