Duties

• Handle materials with care, including loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update stock records, and manage order processing
• Prepare orders by picking and packing items accurately for shipment, ensuring quality control standards are met
• Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation
• Stock shelves systematically, ensuring products are stored correctly and accessible for picking
• Conduct regular quality checks on stock items, identifying damages or discrepancies for prompt resolution

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in materials handling, picking & packing, and stock management
• Mechanical knowledge beneficial for understanding equipment maintenance
• Experience using warehouse management systems or similar inventory software
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily tasks
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control and accurate record keeping
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, load, unload, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts

Pay: £27,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
