WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE / ORDER PICKER

Southend-on-Sea, Essex
£10.85 - £13.00 per hour
Monday - Friday | Full-time

Edward Leonard Conroy Ltd is an established independent ecommerce retailer and distributor based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

As our business continues to grow, we're expanding our warehouse team and are looking for a Warehouse Operative / Order Picker to join us.

This is a hands-on warehouse role involving picking and packing online orders, preparing stock for dispatch and general warehouse duties.

Duties include:

• Picking and packing individual online orders
• Preparing and packing boxes for palletised shipments
• Checking in stock deliveries
• Printing and applying product and dispatch labels
• Creating product bundles by bagging or boxing items together
• Keeping the warehouse and workspace areas tidy
• General warehouse duties

About you:

Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is required.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and hardworking
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
• Happy to undertake repetitive tasks
• Able to regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 20kg
• An excellent communicator who works well as part of a team

Full training will be provided on our products, systems and warehouse processes.

Salary is based on the applicable minimum wage rate and experience, with opportunities for progression as we continue to grow.

Normal office hours Monday - Friday.
