Warehouse Operative/Picker/Packer

LED Flex Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative - Picker/Packer to join our Winchester team.

As a Warehouse Operative - Picking/Packing, you'll play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our warehouse. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Quality inspecting, picking and packing goods
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a cohesive workflow.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and secure working environment.
• Observing all Health & Safety requirements, contributing to a safe workplace for all.
• Other tasks in support of the warehouse operation as directed/requested.

Experience and Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills.
• Previous warehouse experience, including manual handling
• A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for the team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Computer proficiency for accurate record-keeping.
