Warehouse Operator

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team . This role is crucial for ensuring the proper handling, storage, and distribution of refrigerated and pharmaceutical products while maintaining high-quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, and storing merchandise.
• Receive, organize, and store refrigerated and pharmaceutical products following company procedures.
• Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations for handling refrigerated and pharmaceutical products.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.

Requirements

• Valid forklift license.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically handling refrigerated and pharmaceutical products.
• Basic or higher English proficiency to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Availability to start shifts at 6:00 a.m. or 6:30 a.m., depending on operational needs.
• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise as needed.
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and handling procedures for perishable goods is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge and experience with heavy equipment operation are desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA standards, is highly valued.
