What they need
Barista coffee. Toasty Tuesdays. Chef-made Friday lunches. And a bonus that rewards you for your hard work.
This isn't your average warehouse job.
At Acura Group and Highgate Air, you'll start your day with a barista-style coffee made in-house. Tuesdays mean toasties, and every Friday our chef cooks lunch for the team. You'll work out of our modern Tonsley site with a crew that looks out for each other, in a family-owned business that runs on family values.
On top of that, our Thrive Bonus "Growth by Sharing" program shares our success with the people who make it happen. After 12 months, every team member is part of it. Your hard work gets recognised and rewarded.
Why you'll love it here
- Free in-house barista-style coffee, every day
- Toasty Tuesdays and chef-made Friday lunches, on us
- Thrive Bonus "Growth by Sharing", which rewards everyone's contribution after 12 months
- Modern, well-run facilities in the Tonsley precinct
- Full training provided. A great way to start or grow your career in warehousing.
- Family-owned, family values. You're a person here, not a number.
- Real room to grow across two growing businesses.
- A safety-first culture where everyone goes home safe.
- Stable, full-time work.
Two businesses, one great team
You'll support two businesses. That brings plenty of variety, and you'll learn something new every day.
