Position Overview

AV Plus is seeking an experienced, dependable, and organized Warehouse Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our Reseda team.

This is a hands-on position responsible for receiving merchandise, organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, loading and unloading shipments, operating warehouse equipment, and helping maintain an efficient and professional warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and has at least 3 years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, prepare, pack, and stage customer orders
• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory locations
• Assist with inventory counts and stock verification
• Move and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse
• Prepare products for customer pickup and delivery
• Verify quantities, model numbers, and product condition
• Keep warehouse shelves, aisles, and work areas clean and organized
• Assist customers and team members with order pickups
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly received merchandise
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
• Forklift operating experience required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• English proficiency is required
• Spanish is a plus but not required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move merchandise throughout the workday

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation

$22.00 per hour

Approximately $45,760 annually based on a 40-hour workweek, before overtime or other compensation.

What We're Looking for

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, keeps the warehouse organized, understands the importance of inventory accuracy, and can be relied upon to complete tasks correctly and efficiently.

Experience working in distribution, electronics, low-voltage, audio/video, security, networking, or similar industries is a plus.
