WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

JOB SUMMARY:

The warehouse operator responsible to handle the warehouse documentations, report and backup for warehouse operation.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Update inventory transaction in WMS.

2. Prepare and send daily, weekly and monthly report to customer if required.

3. Prepare monthly billing report.

4. Respond on month end closing.

5. Respond email / call and general filling.

6. Planning and arrange cycle count activity.

7. To perform other clerical duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

8. Prepare on reports to be submitted to superior.

9. Backup of arrange external warehouse activity such as operation.

Qualification:

SPM, Diploma or equivalent is prefer or fresh graduate.

Knowledge/ Experience:

1. Experience in documentation, inventory management software.

2. Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management software

3. Knowledge in clerical are advantages
