Warehouse Operator

Meru, Kapar - 6 working days per week

Must be free from seafood allergies due to the nature of the working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inspection
• Receive and check incoming goods against delivery orders and purchase documents.
• Verify quantities, product conditions, and specifications.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.
• Storage & Inventory Control
• Arrange and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory verification.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and accurate stock movement records.
• Picking, Packing & Dispatch
• Pick and prepare goods according to orders and delivery schedules.
• Ensure correct quantities, labelling, and packaging before dispatch.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods safely.
• Warehouse Operations
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and proper housekeeping.
• Operate warehouse equipment only when trained and authorised.
• Follow safety procedures and use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Documentation & Reporting
• Complete stock records, delivery documents, and warehouse forms accurately.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues promptly.
• Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience; fresh graduates may apply.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting as required.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic calculations.
• Responsible, disciplined, honest, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Experience operating a forklift & reach truck is an advantage.
• Knowledge of stock handling and inventory systems is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
