Warehouse Operator

Duties and Responsibilities

This position to be based at Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor

1. Warehouse Operation

• Support smooth execution of daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound processes, and ensure timely completion of stuffing and unstuffing operations.
• Ensure all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is in proper working condition. Promptly report any breakdowns to the Supervisor/Manager for immediate action.
• Verify that all physical goods received and dispatched match the respective documentation, particularly in terms of quantity and cargo condition.
• Perform cycle count exercises as instructed by the Supervisor to ensure accuracy between physical inventory and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Update any stock discrepancies to the Supervisor for verification and corrective action.

2. Warehouse Safety and Security

• Store cargo safely and correctly to prevent potential hazards to staff and visitors.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the Supervisor/Manager immediately and take necessary safety precautions.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while in the warehouse.

3. Housekeeping

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse at all times, especially after completing special handling or ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

1. Minimum pass SPM examination

2. Ability to learn and adapt new things

3. Added advantage: can understand English 4. Communication skill

4. Operational skill

5. MHE driving skill (if relevant)

6. Ability to learn and adapt

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
