Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick materials and products against orders and system-generated instructions
• Pack products to required standards, ensuring appropriate packaging materials are used
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labelling and documentation
• Perform stock movements and inventory transactions within warehouse management systems
• Inspect products and packaging for damage or discrepancies and escalate issues where necessary
• Support the preparation of temperature-controlled shipments, including handling conditioned packaging materials and cold-chain components
• Maintain inventory accuracy and contribute to stock control activities
• Follow all SOPs, quality standards, and health & safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Operate warehouse and material handling equipment when appropriately trained and authorised

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, stores, or inventory environment
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, medical device, laboratory, animal health experience
• Experience with picking, packing, dispatch, shipping, or stock management activities
• Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory systems such as SAP, WMS, or similar platforms
• Cold-chain or temperature-controlled logistics experience
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality procedures
• Experience following SOPs and working within regulated processes
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Cold-chain or temperature-controlled logistics experience
• Forklift or warehouse equipment certifications
