WAREHOUSE OPERATOR - PICKER LOADING-2

Responsibilities

• Locate and accurately pick products from warehouse storage areas according to loading sheets and picking orders.
• Safely load and secure goods onto transport vehicles, ensuring weight distribution is balanced and complies with safety standards.
• Conduct pre-loading inspections of products to ensure packaging integrity and correct quantity.
• Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts, hand jacks, and pallet wrappers, in a safe and responsible manner.
• Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company health and safety standards.
• Update inventory logs and documentation accurately, reporting any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically in picking, loading, or inventory handling.
• Possess a valid forklift operator license (SIO) is highly preferred.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety regulations and inventory management processes.
