THE ROLE

We are seeking forward-thinking and highly motivated individuals to join our Warehouse Team and contribute to our ongoing success in the fitness industry.

The warehouse plays a vital role in supporting our customers by receiving, storing, picking and dispatching products accurately and efficiently. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring stock is managed effectively and customer orders are delivered safely, accurately and on time.

This is a busy and varied role where attention to detail, teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets and KPIs
• Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for customer dispatch
• Receive, check and receipt incoming goods and returns in line with company procedures
• Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping and organisation
• Support stock accuracy through daily cycle counting and stock checks
• Book stock in and out using warehouse and ERP systems
• Create picking tickets, shipping documentation and goods issue paperwork
• Support production and inventory counts when required
• Rotate through different warehouse activities to develop skills and provide team cover
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices at all times
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute positively to team performance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and housekeeping standards
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling activities
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Current Counterbalance or Reach Truck Licence

Desirable

• Previous experience within a warehouse, dispatch or logistics environment
• Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems
• Inventory or stock control experience
• Understanding of warehouse KPI measures
• Manual handling experience
• Interest in continuous improvement and process efficiency
