Warehouse Outbound Supervisor

The Warehouse Outbound Supervisor is responsible for managing and controlling outbound order processing activities within the warehouse using the WMS system. The role ensures accurate order allocation, efficient picklist management, system transaction control, and outbound operational monitoring to support timely order fulfillment and dispatch. The position also performs order processing analysis, operational monitoring, and reporting to support the Warehouse Manager in maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with DK warehouse standards.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in computer systems and warehouse management tools.
• Atleast 3-5 years experience in warehouse operations, order processing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in Warehouse Management System.
• Experience in outbound warehouse operations and order fulfillment processes.
• Order allocation and system control.
• Data analysis and operational reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting tools.
• Problem solving and discrepancy investigation.
• Data monitoring and process analysis.
• Operational planning support.
• Attention to detail and accountability.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under time-sensitive operational deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
