Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our team in a fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packaged and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety while adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Packaging products according to specifications and quality standards, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, to facilitate the packaging process.
• Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all packaging materials are readily available and properly stored.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist with order picking and packing as needed to support overall warehouse operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge to understand and operate packaging machinery effectively.
• Familiarity with distribution center operations and warehouse management systems is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packaging and inventory management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.94 per hour
