Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our dynamic logistics team. Duties

• Carefully pack products using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery, adhering to packaging standards and quality control procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods safely
• Utilize barcode scanning systems and RF scanners for accurate order picking, inventory management, and shipping documentation
• Assist with inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and updating warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Prepare shipments by labeling packages correctly, sealing boxes securely, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and PPE use
• Support shipping and receiving processes by loading/unloading trucks and verifying incoming/outgoing shipments against documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency while following all safety protocols for manual handling and heavy equipment operation

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, distribution centers or similar environments preferred
• Proven ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers with certification where applicable
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, RF scanners, and inventory management systems
• Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely while following proper PPE guidelines
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse activities including proper use of material handling equipment and PPE
• Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $23.07 - $27.78 per hour
