Warehouse Packer

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently packing and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. This role is essential in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and delivering excellent service to our customers. The Warehouse Packer will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting inventory management and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Carefully pack products according to specified guidelines, ensuring items are protected during transit
• Verify order accuracy by cross-checking packing lists and product labels
• Prepare packages for shipment by sealing, labeling, and organizing them for delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized packing station to promote safety and efficiency
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily packing quotas and deadlines
• Report any damaged or defective products to supervisors for appropriate action

Experience

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, packing, or shipping is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in packing processes
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50 pounds as needed

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
