Job Summary

BUiLT Design is currently accepting resumes for a Warehouse Packer with hands-on experience in cabinetry, millwork, or skilled trades. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute in a fast-paced production environment where craftsmanship matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Package prepare products, including cabinetry components
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
• Accurately read measurements, product counts and inventory
• Follow shop best-practice standards, quality control, and safety procedures
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Operate company box truck as needed to pick up orders from local vendors
• Attention to detail during the quality control process
• Crate finished products for shipment
• Take direction well while also working independently and efficiently
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Stand for extended periods (8 hours daily)
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, or a related skilled trade
• Familiarity with shop environments, production workflows, and material handling
• Read and interpret shop detail drawings

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day.
• Occasional overtime and/or weekend work required during peak seasons
