Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer / Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while helping maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.

The ideal candidate works quickly and carefully, follows instructions, takes pride in their work, and is dependable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify products, quantities, and shipping information before orders are shipped
• Safely package fragile items to prevent damage during transit
• Print and apply shipping labels
• Organize inventory and assist with stock replenishment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing incoming products
• Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect items and notify management
• Follow company procedures for order fulfillment, inventory handling, and workplace safety
• Perform other warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and capable of following instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move boxes and inventory as needed
• Organized and able to maintain a clean work area
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site
• Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, retail, or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must comply with all applicable requirements related to working around age-restricted products

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce, shipping, or order fulfillment environment
• Familiarity with shipping labels, packing procedures, or inventory organization
• Experience using Shopify or another e-commerce platform
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Armenian, or Russian is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
