Warehouse Pharmacist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Warehouse & Product Compliance

• Ensure proper handling, storage, organization, and monitoring of pharmaceutical products in accordance with applicable regulatory and company standards.
• Monitor product conditions, expiration dates, batch/lot numbers, and inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices and other applicable pharmaceutical warehouse requirements.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Support preparation for regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Monitor and report damaged, expired, recalled, or non-conforming products.

2. Business Development & Distribution Support

• Assist the Business Development Team in product-related research, evaluation, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Distribution Team regarding product availability, inventory, and proper handling.
• Provide pharmaceutical and technical support for product-related inquiries.
• Assist in identifying potential products, suppliers, and market opportunities.
• Support preparation of product information and other materials needed for business development activities.

3. Research & Development

• Conduct research on new pharmaceutical, healthcare, and related products.
• Assist in evaluating potential new products for development, sourcing, and distribution.
• Gather and analyze product, market, and competitor information.
• Assist in product documentation, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding product development and improvement initiatives.

4. Documentation & Operational Support

• Maintain accurate and updated warehouse and product compliance records.
• Prepare reports related to inventory, compliance, product monitoring, and other assigned activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse and distribution operations.
• Perform other pharmacy-related and operational duties as may be assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Willing to learn pharmaceutical warehouse operations, compliance, distribution, and product development.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, distribution, regulatory affairs, QA/QC, or R&D is an advantage but not required.
