As an iTechworld Pick Packer, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that products are handled and stored safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming shipments: Unloading trucks, checking deliveries for accuracy, and documenting any discrepancies.
• Inventory management: Organising and maintaining inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and updating inventory records.
• Order fulfilment: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Shipping and receiving: Preparing shipping documents, and labelling packages.
• Warehouse Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment, including shelving, storage areas, and workspaces.
• Equipment operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Forklift license is required.
• Quality control: Inspecting products for damage or defects, reporting any issues to management,
• Safety compliance: Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Team responsibilities: Working closely with other warehouse staff and departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Other duties as assigned: Assisting with seasonal peaks, or other tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.
• Ability to be hands-on when needed, including heavy lifting and warehouse work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Weekend work will be required.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Manual driver's license.
• Forklift ticket.
• Previous experience with RF scanners.
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of Shopify and Cin7 systems.
