Warehouse Picker

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately according to pick lists, invoices, or system-generated requests.
• Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves, racks, or storage areas.
• Verify item codes, quantities, and product conditions before packing.
• Pack, label, and stage orders for dispatch and delivery.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of orders to meet operational deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse storage areas.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory counting activities.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Use warehouse equipment such as hand pallet jacks, scanners, and trolleys safely.
• Support receiving, unloading, and storage of incoming goods when required.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related experience preferred.
• Experience using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to accurately read pick lists, product labels, and shipping documents.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move goods as required.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
