What they need
At least college level (2 years) or graduate of 2-year vocational course/associate diploma
Required: TOR / Good Moral / Diploma / Certificate of Graduation
Physically fit; able to lift 25 kg above in Dry and Cold storage
Basic warehouse operations knowledge (picking, receiving, and sorting)
Experience as warehouse picker/packer required
Willing to do manual labor in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of warehouse safety practices is a plus
Willing for shifting schedule
Key Responsibilities
Pick items according to pick lists or system instructions
Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders
Locate and retrieve products from designated storage areas
Coordinate with packers and other warehouse staff
Maintain organized picking area and follow safety procedures
Assist in inventory checks when needed
