Warehouse Picker

About the role

As a Warehouse Picker at Crystal Cold Storage, you will be responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and organizing customer orders to support efficient warehouse and delivery operations. This full-time position is based in our Navotas City, Metro Manila office.

What you’ll be doing

• Picking and preparing stocks based on pick lists.
• Ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantity, and labeling prior to dispatch
• Checking product quality and reporting damaged or incorrect items to the immediate supervisor
• Organizing and staging items for loading, dispatch, and delivery operations
• Assisting in receiving, sorting, and arranging stocks in designated warehouse locations
• Maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse area
• Supporting inventory count and stock verification activities as needed
• Following warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies at all times
• What we’re looking for
• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
• With experience in warehouse operations, picking, packing, or logistics is an advantage
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items when necessary
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and cold storage warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and stocks
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions effectively
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required
• Team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic

Pay: Php19,692.92 per month
