Warehouse Picker/Packer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a commitment to quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack products into designated containers according to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality assurance before packing.
• Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification during shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies or shortages.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring products as needed.
• Physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods and lift packages up to 50 pounds.
• Previous experience in warehousing or packaging is a plus but not required; we provide training for all new hires.
