Warehouse Picker/Packer

Job Summary
We are a dynamic and fast-paced wholesale and importing business specializing in fresh produce.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced warehouse picker/packer role

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out accurate picking, packing and wrapping of customer orders efficiently
• Maintain product quality by handling stock carefully
• Quality check and sorting products accurately to meet the company standards
• Report damaged or substandard products promptly
• Can handle working in the chiller room
• Handle basic admin works for deliveries and returns
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and compliant with company standards and other warehouse duties

What We're Looking For:

• Good attention to details and accuracy
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment efficiently
• Basie numeracy and literacy skills
• Strong team player with good communication skills and organisation skills
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Previous experience in warehouse and food handling environment (preferred, not essential)
• Operate warehouse equipment (counterbalance and reach truck) is preferred, not essential
• willing to learn to operate warehouse equipment to achieve license
• Knowledge of fresh produce handling desirable

Pay: £26,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
