Warehouse Process Improvement Engineer (Chonburi)

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational issues and identify opportunities for process improvement within warehouse operations.
• Collect and analyze operational data to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer projects.
• Conduct process mapping, time studies, and workflow analysis.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to implement process improvements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Lead or support small-scale improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Process, Mechanical, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT Engineering or related field).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Process Improvement, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Warehouse Engineering, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Lean principles, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Mapping, and Time Studies.
• Experience in data analysis and process documentation.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, SAP, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations is highly preferred.
