WAREHOUSE QUALITY ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Quality Associate to support our operations involving aircraft parts. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory, high‑quality inspections, and smooth coordination between warehouse functions and our sales team. Key Responsibilities

• Ship and receive aircraft parts with accuracy and care
• Perform quality inspections on inbound and outbound aircraft components
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date inventory records
• Assist the sales team by preparing parts for customer orders and processing incoming stock
• Ensure all parts meet internal quality standards and documentation requirements
• Support general warehouse operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, efficient workspace

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience or relevant hands‑on operational experience
• Shipping/receiving experience, preferably with technical or high‑value products
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems
• Experience with aircraft parts or aviation industry (preferred but not required)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
