Warehouse Reciever

Salary: $20.00 –$23.00 hour, depending on experience

Multi Sales is looking for a dependable Warehouse Receiver who takes pride in accurate work and keeping the warehouse organized. In this role, you’ll receive incoming shipments, verify products and quantities, and help ensure inventory is ready for customer orders and branch transfers.

What You’ll Do

• Unload deliveries safely and inspect shipments for damage.
• Verify item numbers and quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Report shortages, incorrect products, and damaged merchandise promptly.
• Enter receiving transactions accurately into the company’s inventory system.
• Label and stock products in their assigned locations.
• Process incoming branch transfers and returns according to company procedures.
• Maintain receiving documents and submit paperwork for timely processing.
• Assist with inventory counts and research discrepancies.
• Keep receiving areas, aisles, and storage locations clean and organized.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment after completing required training and authorization.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards, incidents, and equipment concerns.
• Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail when checking products, quantities, and paperwork.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn an inventory or ERP system.
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly.
• A dependable attendance record and willingness to support your teammates.
• Forklift experience preferred; required training and authorization must be completed before operating equipment.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This position involves frequent standing and walking, bending, reaching, and lifting or moving products up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work takes place in a warehouse and receiving area, with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
