Warehouse Route Prep & Driver Support Associate

Splash Logistics Group is looking for a dependable, organized, and efficient Warehouse Route Prep & Driver Support Associate to assist with our daily package delivery operations.

This is an early-morning, part-time position averaging approximately 3 hours per day. You will prepare delivery routes at the warehouse and assist with getting packages organized and distributed to our driver partners.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 7:00 AM
• Sort approximately 200–400 packages by route and ZIP code
• Scan packages into the designated route
• Organize and number packages for efficient delivery
• Separate completed routes for assigned driver partners
• Transport prepared routes to designated driver meeting/loading areas when required
• Meet driver partners and assist with loading packages into their vehicles
• Confirm packages are assigned to the correct driver/route
• Maintain accurate package counts and organized staging areas

Compensation

$20.00/hour

Plus $0.73 per eligible mile for approved route transportation/mileage.

Additional gas/vehicle bonuses may be available based on assigned route and travel requirements.

Paid biweekly through the company.

Schedule

Part-Time | Morning Shift

7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Estimated work time is approximately 2-4 hours per day, depending on daily package volume and route preparation.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Dependable and punctual — early morning attendance is important
• Comfortable handling and organizing a high volume of packages
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Comfortable using a smartphone/scanning application
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to safely lift up to 10lbs and move packages during sorting and vehicle loading
