Warehouse Sales Executive

Our partner is looking for an experienced Warehouse Sales Executive. This is a hunter-focused sales role for someone who knows how to identify opportunities, build relationships, generate their own pipeline, and close new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehousing, 3PL and logistics and be comfortable selling solutions to companies with ongoing storage and distribution needs.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Sell warehousing, storage, distribution, and value-added services.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through close.
• Develop pricing proposals and negotiate contracts with new customers.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and facility tours.
• Partner with operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales/business development experience in warehousing, 3PL or logistics .
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Existing industry relationships/network is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently.
