Warehouse SAP Officer and Administration

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse SAP Officer and Administration to join our team at Kellogg (Thailand) Ltd. in Pluak Daeng Rayong. This full-time position is an integral part of our administration and office support operations, responsible for managing the warehouse operations using SAP software and providing administrative support to the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing the warehouse operations through the SAP system, including inventory management, order processing, and stock control
2. Providing administrative support to the wider business, such as document management, data entry, and general office duties
3. Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse and administrative processes
4. Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as required
5. Assisting with the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements

What we're looking for

1. Relevant experience in a warehouse or administrative role, preferably with exposure to SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems as least 1 year.
2. Strong organisation and attention to detail skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
5. A problem-solving mindset and the willingness to take on new challenges
