Warehouse Section Head

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the training, management, and assessment of warehouse staff, plan and implement various tasks, and achieve KPIs.
2. Improvement and enhancement of 6S management on-site, rational planning of warehouse areas, and efficiency improvement.
3. Establish, promote, and continuously improve operating procedures.
4. Manage and continuously improve handling equipment, automated storage equipment, PDAs, and other devices.
5. Continuously improve warehouse processes, manage and monitor the quality and delivery timelines of shipments, and assist in achieving sales targets.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply chain, or its equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in warehousing/ inventory/ logistics chief.
3. Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems and/or Inventory system.
4. Good understanding of inventory management principles.
5. Proficient in speaking and writing Chinese, English, and Malay.  Mandarin (verbal and written) will be an advantage and required to work with the China Team.
