Warehouse Section Head

About the role

Warehouse Section Head responsible for leading and managing overall warehouse operations covering Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), Packaging and Logistic at Thai Usui Co., Ltd. (Ayutthaya).

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall warehouse operations covering Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), Packaging and Logistic.
• Develop warehouse strategies and operational plans aligned with SCM objectives.
• Review and approve departmental activities and transactions within authority limits.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, including warehouse improvement and capacity expansion projects.
• Monitor and evaluate 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) provider performance through MBR/QBR reviews.
• Drive departmental KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and IATF 16949 requirements and lead external quality audits.
• Optimize warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Warehouse Management and Supply Chain operations.
• Experience in the Automotive Parts Manufacturing or Plastic Injection industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and people management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, and 3PL management.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and external audit processes.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
