Established in Penang in 2023, EMC's high-tech manufacturing facility features advanced automated production and warehousing systems. Its products are exported to customers worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead the training, management, and assessment of warehouse staff, plan and implement various tasks, and achieve KPIs.

· Improvement and enhancement of 6S management on-site, rational planning of warehouse areas, and efficiency improvement.

· Establish, promote, and continuously improve operating procedures.

· Manage and continuously improve handling equipment, automated storage equipment, PDAs, and other devices.

· Continuously improve warehouse processes, manage and monitor the quality and delivery timelines of shipments, and assist in achieving sales targets.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply chain, or its equivalent.

· Minimum of 5 years of related experience in warehousing/ inventory/ logistics chief.

· Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems and/or Inventory system.

· Good understanding of inventory management principles.

· Proficient in speaking and writing Chinese, English, and Malay. Mandarin (verbal and written) will be an advantage and required to work with the China Team.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
