Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanning technology and RF scanners to ensure accuracy.
• Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery following safety protocols.
• Load and unload shipments safely using appropriate material handling equipment, adhering to manual handling guidelines.
• Prepare orders for shipping by packaging items securely and verifying order details against shipping labels.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety procedures are followed with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency.

Skills

• Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks.
• Prior work in warehouse management or distribution cents demonstrating knowledge of order picking, packing, shipping & receiving processes
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, barcode scanning for logistics, and RF scanners.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely while following safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail for order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory accuracy.
• Basic math skills for measurements, counting items, and verifying quantities during order fulfillment.

Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
