Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The warehouse is a refrigerated warehouse. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requests.
• Maintain organization within the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored in their designated locations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for using inventory management systems.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift items as necessary.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or order picking is preferred.
• Heavy lifting must be able to lift 60 or more pounds.
• Experience in a Grocery or Food Service warehouse is a plus.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
