Warehouse Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Solution Design: Develop warehouse layouts, space utilization plans, manpower requirements, equipment estimates, and operational process flows.
• Costing and Quotation: Build and maintain Excel-based costing models, pricing structures, and commercial quotations for tenders and client RFQs.
• Proposal Development: Prepare client-facing proposals, presentations, and solution documents using PowerPoint and other relevant tools.
• Feasibility Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and operational assessments for new projects and business opportunities.
• Solution Documentation: Maintain and organize the solution library, including previous proposals, templates, standard rates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Solutions, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible and commercially competitive.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, optimize resource utilization, and enhance solution design standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics solution design, 3PL operations, pre-sales, business analysis, supply chain analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookup functions, SUMIFS, PivotTables, and cost model development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and strong written English skills for preparing professional, client-facing proposals and presentations.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, including storage systems, slotting, space utilization, and inbound and outbound processes.
• Experience preparing tenders, responding to RFQs, and developing commercial proposals is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse layout or process mapping tools such as AutoCAD and Visio is a plus.
• Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
