Warehouse Sorter

Job Summary
We are looking to bring a new Warehouse Sorter onto our team to help with our daily inbound packages. This is not your typical warehouse job. In fact, the day-to-day work is incredibly simple and highly relaxed. You will spend your shifts receiving small to medium parcels and giving them a quick visual inspection. That is pretty much it. There is absolutely no heavy lifting involved here. We designed this position to be a completely stress-free, physically easy role. Whether you have spent years working in shipping or have absolutely zero experience, this job is a perfect fit for everyone. We genuinely love teaching new people the ropes. Our warehouse environment is clean, quiet, and friendly. You will never be asked to move giant pallets or break your back carrying huge boxes. Instead, you get to work at a comfortable pace. We supply all the tools you need right at your workstation. You just look at the item, make sure it survived transit in one piece, and pass it along. It really is that straightforward. We believe work should not leave you exhausted at the end of the day. If you want a reliable job where you can just clock in, do some light-duty tasks, and go home feeling good, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Take delivery of small and medium parcels directly at your station.
• Grab the company tablet, open the camera app, and snap a quick photo of the box so we have a record of what it looked like when it arrived.
• Look for ripped cardboard or wet spots.
• Do a fast visual sweep of the package to make sure the item inside seems intact and uncrushed before tapping the approval button on your screen.
• Clear away any stray pieces of packing tape or scrap paper to keep your desk neat.
• Slide the checked box into the finished bin.

Qualifications

• Having good Attention to detail is essential because you will need to spot minor tears or dents on incoming boxes.
• Basic Communication skills are important so you can easily let our team know if a package arrives heavily damaged.
• Solid Time management helps you process your daily bins at a comfortable, steady pace without feeling rushed.
• We value Adaptability, as sometimes the types of small items we process change depending on the day.
• You must know how to point a company smartphone at a box and take a clear, in-focus photo of the shipping label.
• Showing up on time for your shifts and being a dependable person is truly the biggest key to succeeding here.
• We strongly welcome both seasoned workers and complete beginners, and absolutely all training is provided on your first day.

Pay: $23.48 - $28.28 per hour
