Job Description:

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our customers. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure accurate and timely receipt, selection, and delivery of products.

· Safely handle shipments and inventory using pallet jacks and RF scanners.

· Follow safe practices and standard work procedures at all times.

· Pick and package items for small parcel carriers with high accuracy.

· Participate in inventory control and cycle counting.

· Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized warehouse.

· Perform various warehouse functions throughout the day.

· Stand and move for 8 to 10 hours daily.

· Work day shifts Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on business needs.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication.

· 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred).

· Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

· Must pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
