What we expect

• Managing and coordinating daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and inventory processes,
• Ensuring efficient and accurate stock management and inventory control,
• Coordinating and supervising warehouse employees and supporting effective workforce planning,
• Monitoring warehouse performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement,
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, operational standards and occupational health & safety requirements,
• Coordinating warehouse-related processes with internal stakeholders and relevant departments,
• Communicating and coordinating with international teams regarding warehouse, logistics and operational topics,
• Preparing operational reports and following relevant KPIs.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field,
• Solid experience in warehouse operations and warehouse management,
• Strong knowledge of inventory, stock control and warehouse processes,
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders both verbally and in writing,
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred,
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
