Warehouse Specialist

About the role

As a Supervisor Warehouse E-Commerce, you will oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. You will ensure order fulfillment processes run quickly, accurately, and in compliance with marketplace SLAs (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.). You will lead and develop the warehouse team while maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing safety standards, and coordinating with related departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operational activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• Develop, implement, and oversee warehouse SOPs to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
• Manage warehouse layout, goods flow, and space utilization for optimal efficiency
• Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock opname, and regular audits
• Lead and develop the warehouse team (pickers/packers, QC, driver)
• Create daily task assignments and ensure team productivity meets targets
• Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and training for warehouse staff
• Oversee incoming goods and ensure all items match POs, documentation, and product specifications
• Monitor stock availability, particularly fast-moving SKUs such as skincare products
• Monitor slow-moving, expired, and damaged goods and provide improvement recommendations
• Control daily shipping processes for marketplaces, resellers, distributors, and logistics partners
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure orders are shipped on time
• Coordinate with purchasing, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock, space usage, team productivity, and shipping performance
• Monitor warehouse KPIs: picking accuracy, on-time shipment, inventory accuracy, packing speed, and order fulfillment
• Oversee equipment use (hand stackers, pallet movers, forklifts) in accordance with safety procedures
• Ensure the warehouse area is safe, clean, organized, and free from risk
• Handle returned goods (rejects, damage, expired items) according to procedures
• Apply FIFO/FEFO systems to maintain product quality

About you

• D3/S1 degree in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or E-commerce Warehouse Supervisor (FMCG/cosmetics/skincare preferred)
• Understanding of batch and expiry-based stock management (FEFO/FIFO)
• Proficiency in inventory control, Accurate and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
• Strong leadership qualities, assertiveness, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Understanding of supply chain processes and distribution management
• Good warehouse management and stock control knowledge
• Ability to manage small teams effectively
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working with daily targets
