Calling all WAREHOUSE PLANNERS/DESPATCH COORDINATORS/ADMINISTRATORS!

We are looking for a strong Workflow Planner for our client in Truganina, a giant of the industry & an Employer Of Choice.

2pm-10pm Monday to Friday, you MUST have SAP experience. Intrigued? Keep reading!

The Job:

• Process daily outbound orders
• Book and coordinate transport for outbound orders using Excel and online portals.
• Liaise with clients and customers to address service inquiries and resolve issues.
• Report delays and operational issues
• Support the team by assisting with additional office duties.

The Person:

• Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on planning or administration.
• Competence in inventory control functions and SAP knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
