Job Title: Ecommerce Warehouse Team Lead / Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Warehouse Team Lead / Warehouse Operations

Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

managing inventory, order fulfilment, dispatch, returns, warehouse staff, and ensuring smooth daily

operations with high accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete warehouse operations for ecommerce orders.
• Supervise inbound and outbound inventory processes.
• Ensure timely picking, packing, QC, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Handle returns (RTO), exchanges, damaged products, and reverse logistics.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with courier partners and logistics vendors.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, inventory variance, and

productivity.

• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and process compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Procurement, and Ecommerce teams for smooth

operations.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational

costs.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ecommerce warehouse operations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software (Unicommerce)
• Inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Team leadership and manpower management.
• Dispatch and logistics coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or any relevant field.
• Certification in Supply Chain or Logistics is an added advantage.

Experience

• 3 - 5 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a warehouse team.
