DESIGNATED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verifying the accuracy of supplier’s invoice and delivery receipt in alignment with the Purchase Order.
• Handing over of Invoice and Delivery Receipt to Senior Warehouseman for signatory. In the absence of the Senior Warehouseman, Warehouseman can sign the delivery receipt on his behalf.
• Handles withdrawals through an accomplished Internal Requisition & Issuance Slip (IRIS).
• Handles the lending and return of power tools, equipment or assets through accomplished Tools and Equipment Borrowers Slip (TEBS).
• Manages the creation and update of Inventory Stock Card.
• Management of delivered items to its designated storage area.
• Proper storage and segregation of inventory items, equipment and asset.
• To conduct manual physical counting twice a year (June and December).
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate

• With at least 2 years experience as Warehouseman from a Construction and Engineering firm

• Very good understanding with warehouse operational procedure.

• Physical fit

• Organized and ability to follow instructions

• Computer literate

• Good interpersonal skills

• Problem solving skills
