What they need
JOB DESCRIPTION : WAREHOUSE STAFF
- Receiving & Storing: Unloading incoming deliveries, verifying contents against purchase orders,
and storing items in designated areas.
- Order Fulfillment:
Picking products from storage areas and packing them for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Performing inventory counts and using WMS or
scanners to keep data up-to-date.
- Equipment Operation: Operating machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
safely.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety
protocols (PPE), and reporting damaged goods.
Job Requirements & Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more, stand for long periods, and perform
bending/stooping.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory software (WMS).
Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
