Warehouse Staff

About the role

Warehouse Staff responsible for receiving, storing, and managing goods according to established warehouse procedures and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods from suppliers or production according to documentation
• Inspect quantity, condition, and quality of received goods
• Organize and store goods according to applicable storage systems (FIFO/FEFO)
• Prepare goods for production, sales, or shipping needs
• Perform picking, packing, and loading of goods as requested
• Record incoming and outgoing goods transactions in the system or warehouse forms
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily, weekly, and monthly stock opname
• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and security of warehouse area
• Operate warehouse equipment according to procedures and occupational safety standards
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational issues to supervisor

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (D3/S1 in Logistics, Management, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 1 year experience as Warehouse Staff, Storekeeper, or similar position (fresh graduates welcome for junior level)
• Understanding of receiving, storage, and goods release processes
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO systems
• Able to perform stock opname
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or warehouse/ERP systems is an advantage
• Good administrative and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy for data and stock management
• Disciplined, honest, and responsible
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
