What they need
- Menerima kedatangan sparepart dari pemasok/supplier atau divisi pembuat.
- Memeriksa kesesuaian jumlah, tipe, kode part, dan kondisi fisik barang dengan Purchase Order (PO) atau Delivery Order (DO).
- Melaporkan dan mencatat ketidaksesuaian atau kerusakan barang saat penerimaan.
- Melayani dan memproses permintaan sparepart dari tim teknisi/maintenance atau bagian produksi.
- Menyerahkan sparepart dengan tepat dan akurat sesuai spesifikasi yang diminta.
- Melakukan pengendalian stok secara berkala untuk memastikan ketersediaan sesuai dengan data penerimaan dan pengambilan barang
