Warehouse Staff

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and receive goods from vendors into the warehouse
• Coordinate shipment arrangements upon the arrival of goods
• Pack goods scheduled for immediate shipment to vessels
• Conduct stock takes and submit stock take reports
• Process requests from vessels for items held in warehouse stock

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Staff or in a similar position.
• Good understanding of receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
• Familiar with warehouse administration and inventory recording.
• Able to conduct regular stock opname / stock counting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
